The Boat Shed

PEAK: All Holidays and Friday-Sunday from mid-June through Labor Day. Daily Rentals are not available on holidays, and there are limited daily rentals on weekends—first come, first served. Rentals are subject to 6% PA state sales tax and some of our rowboats have a current license registration for people who bring their own electric motors. We provide Coast Guard-approved life vests for each person in the boat. Pennsylvania Law requires that vests be worn by all children ages 12 and under. We require a $20 deposit or driver’s license as security on the vests we provide, which will be returned to you upon return of the life jackets.

The cost to do so is $4 per boat or inflatable per day for every day you are in the boat and on the lake. (Two paddleboards, 2 kayaks, or 1 kayak/1 paddleboard count as one boat. These fees do not apply to cottage and housekeeping rental guests.)
