Camping Reservation Requirements

Reservations are accepted
with an initial deposit to follow within 5 business days.
- One
night deposit on two-night reservations
- $50
deposit on three-six night reservation
- $100
deposit on 7-night or longer, and holiday reservations

Checks are accepted as advance deposit only.
Payment of Balance on arrival can
be paid via:
- Cash
- Travelers Checks
- Money Order

Cancellation Policy |

Proper notice required for cancellation
or reducing days reserved.
|
|
| |
- One week notification for reducing days reserved.
- 14 days notification for refund of deposit minus $5 service fee per site
reserved.
- 7 to 13 days notification for credit applied to current season only.
- We do not refund for early departures or departures due to inclement weather.
We reserve the right to substitute sites of equal hook-ups.
Specific sites are guaranteed only when reserved for seven (7) nights
of longer.

required within seven business days
- Balance, 6% sales
tax, 3% hotel tax and security deposit upon arrival

Rental Pre-Season and Post-Season Discounts
- Two-day minimum reservation
required for any reservations
- 25% discount off
cottage rentals 3 days or longer April 30 to June 25
- 15% discount off
3 to 6 day rentals April 30 to June 25 & Sept 7 to Oct 7
- 25% discount off
7 day or longer rentals April 30 to June 25 & Sept 7 to Oct

Cottage
Rental Unit Cancellation Policy |

| |
- Cancellations
received by February 1, 2010 will be entitled to refund of deposit less
$50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations
received between February 2 and March 1, 2010 will be entitled to 50%
refund of deposit.
- Cancellations
received after midnight March 1, 2010 will result in forfeiture of deposit.
