Park your RV in the breathtaking scenery of Keen Lake Resort, and enjoy the area and our wealth of amenities. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and a fire ring. Please make us aware of tip outs / slide outs and where they are located on your unit.
Rates are based upon a 2-person occupancy. There is no charge for children ages 0-4 but they must be counted towards the maximum number of persons permitted. Max site occupancy limited to 2 adults w/4 children. We permit one camping unit and one vehicle per site. Keen Lake reserves the right to change or modify pricing without notice.

Cancelation Policy:

| Reduction of days reserved: | Minimum of 7 day notice required, original site may be moved if minimum night stay requirement is not met. Lock in fee will be waived if applicable. | ||
Pennsylvania law requires Coast Guard-approved life vest for everyone in your boat. Boats with electric motors must be licensed.
Check-In time is 2:00 PM. Check-Out is 12:00 PM.

• Holiday Weekends:
• Memorial Day (May 22 – May 26): 3 night minimum on ALL SITE TYPES
• 4th of July (July 3 – July 7): 3 night minimum on ALL SITE TYPES
• Labor Day (Aug. 28 – Sept. 1): 3 night minimum on ALL SITE TYPES
• Columbus Day (Oct. 9 – Oct. 13): 2 night minimum on NH, Lakefront NH, W/E and Lakefront W/E; 3 night minimum on W/E/S and Lakefront W/E/S
Visitor Policy
A visitor is a person who does not register for the entire length of stay. This includes your children and other family members, those who are dropping something or someone off, and also people who just want to drop in and say hello. Visitors are charged by the day. All day visitors must be off premise by 8 PM. We have the right to limit the number of visitors. Visitors who are here less than an hour and who return their car pass will have their money refunded. All visitors must register and pay the fees before entering the campground. Visitors ages 0-4 and Senior Citizens 63 plus are not charged visitor fees, but they must be counted towards the maximum number of persons permitted at one site. Please inform your guests of our Visitor Policy in advance of their stay.
Camping Specials
• ALL SEASON: Military Personnel (active or retired) 5% off their base rate up to $50 (is an IN HOUSE discount. Reservations booked online will receive store credit to be used during the stay if eligible.)
• ALL SEASON: 5% Off of the Base Rate when booking is 7 nights or longer. Excludes Cottages, Glamping, and all Lakefront Sites.
Misc. Rates:
• RV Storage Fee: $50 per month. July & August $100 per month or $5 per day. July & August $10 per day.
• Pavilion Rental for Guest: $75 flat fee, $10 per person, children under 4 are FREE.
• Electric for Gas Savers to keep RV plugged in mid-week: $20/week
